Gift Basket Packaging
Each gift basket is sent gift ready! Any gift purchased in under the "Angel Gift Baskets" heading, is considered a gift basket. Gift baskets are beautifully wrapped and do NOT require selecting gift wrap at check out.

Individual items may be gift wrapped for an additional $5.99. (Wrapping not necessary for gift baskets - see above)
Gift wrapping includes:
Occasionally, due to back-orders or vendor availability, a substitution of an of an item in a gift basket may be necessary. Although rare, if a substitution is required, it will be of equal or greater value to ensure the quality of our gift baskets.
Shipping Information
The Gift Angel ships only to the United States. Orders will ship the same or next business day. Business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include holidays. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require 2 day air shipping.
Please be certain to give the correct address including zip code when you order. We have implemented an address verification to help you catch an incorrectly entered address. However, if you enter a valid address but it is not the intended address or missing an apartment number, etc., we can’t help you with the error. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for incorrect addresses. If the product is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged additional shipping and rerouting fees to reship your gift. If you should choose not to reship your product, shipping charges and a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping rates are calculated from Chandler, Arizona 85249.
You will receive a delivery confirmation via email when your item ships. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally.
Returns / Defects / Cancellation
Your satisfaction is our priority! If there is any problem with your gift, please notify us within 5 days upon receipt of your gift by going to the Email Us link. Please include your name, address, phone number and a description of the problem. A representative will contact you the same or next business day.
For returns: Return your items in the original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, your credit card will be refunded with shipping charges, a $5 restocking fee, and gift wrap fee (if applicable) deducted from your refund.
You may cancel your order up until the time it leaves our facility. It is not possible to stop an order already in route.

- A color coordinated decorative bow will adorn your gift.
- A personalized, handwritten gift/enclosure card - Enclosure cards are placed in an envelope, then in a coordinating organza bag with an angel mint. Enclosure cards are small and limited to 120 characters (not words).
- Your gift is then wrapped in protective packaging and shipped in a corrugated box.
